Our Promise to You
Every Vaahini piece is crafted with 18KT gold plating and advanced anti-tarnish technology.
- If your jewelry tarnishes within 6 months under normal wear, we will replace it once.
- Warranty covers plating discoloration — not accidental damage or loss of parts.
- Replacement shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Warranty Conditions
- The product must be in proper physical condition
- Warranty is valid only for tarnishing, not for any other issues
- Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided
- Once the product is replaced, it will not be replaced again under warranty
- If the product is out of stock, you will receive store credit (valid for 2 months)
- Delivery charges for replacement will be borne by the customer

- Surface scratches, fading due to improper care, or regular wear & tear
- Breakage, accidental damage, or forceful impact
- Loss of chain, beads, stones, or any parts
- Repairs, alterations, or modifications done by any other jewellers

- Step 2 — Share your order details Send your Order ID, product name, and clear photos showing the tarnishing or discoloration.
- Step 3 — Verification Our quality team will review your claim within 24–48 hours and confirm eligibility.
- Step 4 — Replacement dispatch Once approved, we arrange a one-time replacement or store credit if the item is unavailable.
